Viewing groups of companies as one unit, in order to study and analyze revenues & profits and all other financial aspects in the core benefit of having an intercompany solution. B1-IC automates the process of combining journal entries from several subsidiaries within an organization, and rolling it up to a parent company for reporting purposes.

B1-IC supports all setup and master data objects for replication, whether you want to do it manually; choose which records to replicate, or automatically; setting up replication rules, with complete control on which fields you want to replicate inside the same object. In B1-IC you can also replicate setup data as well, like item groups, BP groups, currencies and all setup data that can be common between companies.

With our dynamic configuration, you can decide the flow you want for your documents; which is the base (sending) transaction and which is the target (receiving) transaction, across the whole solution, or between specific companies. You can create the mapping you want between the content of the exchanged documents.

If a company pays a vendor or an expense on behalf of another company, of if a company receives a payment by a customer on behalf of another company, B1-IC can automatically create these payments for the respective BPs and accounts in delegated companies, while automatically reconciling intercompany accounts.

Expenses are recorded centrally in some companies while being related to other companies, B1-IC can help you automatically allocate them.

Either through specifying the amounts you want to allocate, or through percentages, B1-IC automatically create Journal Entries in target companies. Through advanced allocation feature in B1-IC, you can also allocate expenses based on cost centers in relevance to predefined factors like number of employee, hours or specified percentage per company.
